Be it known this is the second Notice posted on the 12th day of November 2025 to all concerned and affected parties that a Public Election shall be duly held under the authority of The Tennessee Assembly for the purpose of filling the vacant public offices and positions hereinafter declared, within the Land and Soil Jurisdiction of Tennessee.

Said election shall be conducted in accordance with established procedures governing such public processes. Each duly elected official shall serve a term of four (4) years.

This notice is entered into the Public Record as a matter of official and lawful documentation to provide notice and transparency to all members of the Tennessee Assembly and the People of Tennessee.


1. Purpose and Offices

An Election is hereby called to fill the following State-level offices:

All candidates lawfully qualified and nominated pursuant to this Notice shall appear upon the official ballot for consideration by the qualified the people on Tennessee on the land and soil Jurisdiction.


2. Date, Time, and Place of Election

Said Election shall be held on the 5th day of December, 2025,
at 7 P.M. CST 8 PM EST.
at the following designated polling location(s):

Only living men and women of Tennessee, of lawful age, and properly recorded upon the land and soil, with proof of such record held in the Tennessee Assembly Records Office, may participate in this Election.


3. Voting and Certification

Qualified Electors, the people on Tennessee on the land and soil. may cast their vote in person at the designated polling sites (web-ex meeting link). This will be a Roll Call vote and will be recorded and entered into the Public Record as a matter of official and lawful documentation to provide notice and transparency to all members of the Tennessee Assembly and the People of Tennessee.

Upon completion of the vote, the Election Committee shall publicly certify the results and record the outcome in the Tennessee Assembly Election Record.

A seventy-two (72) hour review period shall follow certification, during which any qualified Elector or candidate may file a Notice of Challenge if an irregularity or dispute is observed.

After the review period closes and all matters are settled, the Committee shall issue and post a Notice of Elected Officials, duly signed and sealed.


4. Public Notice and Publication

This Notice shall be published publicly and made available to all Electors of the Land and Soil Jurisdiction of the State of Tennessee.

Publication shall include:

  1. Posting on official Assembly notice boards (digital or physical); and
  2. Electronic publication by email or website posting, serving as proof of lawful notice.

All records of publication shall be preserved within the Election Record for transparency and accountability.


5. Voting Procedure

Qualified people on the land and soil may cast their vote as follows:

All votes shall be received, counted, and recorded by affirmation of the Elections Committee of the land and soil jurisdiction.


6. Certification and Challenge Window

Upon completion of ballot counting, the Election Committee shall publicly certify the results.

A seventy-two (72) hour review period shall follow certification, within which any qualified Elector or candidate may file a Notice of Challenge concerning irregularities or disputes. The Committee shall review and resolve any such matters in open session.


7. Notice of Elected Officials

Within twenty-four (24) hours after final certification, the Election Committee shall issue a Notice of Elected Officials, duly signed and sealed, and shall post said Notice publicly and electronically for the record of the People.
