Credential Cards
If you have been waiting to order your credentials cards ($50 for 2) and/or if you already have a credentials card but would like to order the updated version (the fees tab doesn’t have the replacement card cost, yet).
This is new for the recording secretaries and coordinators as well, so we appreciate your patience as we learn the new system. They now have a place to upload your signature – it is important that you follow instructions for your signature and use black ink – the signature will be printed in blue ink on your card.
This is also on the form, please read through carefully:
If you are ordering a replacement card, you will only need to update two items:
1) Physical Address as explained below and in Section #3 (as the last page of this document)
2) A scanned Autograph image explained in Section #2
Ordering a Credential Card for the first time Instructions
If you are ordering a credential card for the first time, there are four items you will need to provide:
1) Physical Address as explained below and in Section #3 (as the last page of this document)
2) A passport quality face photo explained in Section #1
3) A scanned fingerprint (usually thumb) image explained in Section #1
4) A scanned Autograph image explained in Section #2
