How To Get Heard
All committees are formed in a General Assembly meeting, where all qualified participants have an equal opportunity to join, which at present includes being fully status corrected and published while having completed the New Member Orientation classes, domiciled on Tennessee for at least one year and one day, autographed & thumb printed the Participation Agreement. Committee sizes will generally be around 3-5 to function minimally.
New members may attend these committee meetings as guest upon invitation, but may not nominate for any committee office or vote in committee matters.
There are recommended and necessary committees under each of the 4 Pillars. Each Committee’s first order of business is to elect a Chair, Co-Chair and Secretary. If a mission statement has not been created, then that committee should work on summarizing that committee’s goals and purpose. That committee should determine how often they should meet and times. The Chair is a facilitator/moderator and not a CEO. We have no power positions. A committee can vote on topics and when it concerns a vote from the GA, the chair or co-chair will report in the GA and ask for a vote in advance as to include it in the GA Agenda.
Committees of the International Business Assembly is comprised only of American State Citizens. Those committees will report in the GA.
Right now, we don’t have quorums or proxies, whoever shows up (and is qualified) will determine the quorum. Some items will require unanimous vote, and a majority vote is no less than 70% in our Republican form of govt. Please read Anna’s article 4427 explaining the difference between the Republic and Republican States as it should be helpful to our naming conventions vs ‘theirs’

Least but not last is the educational resources.
Use the about resources abundantly and learn, learn, learn. The more of us fully grasp and innerstand the complexities of what our forefathers went through to form the Republic in the first place, the better we will understand the scope of the work needed to restore it today.
