The Records Committee keeps, organizes, and tracks all the paperwork associated with the actual land and soil and living people. This committee is made up of State Recording Secretaries and Public Notaries. These officers are trained and overseen by this committee to keep all the records in tact.

Committee meeting times and locations: We meet via video conference on the 1st Monday of every month at 6:30pm CST/7:30pm EST.
Committee Secretaries please email your meeting minutes to info@ttna.odoo.com. Make sure it is a pdf attached to the email and the subject of the email AND the pdf attachment has the committee name and date of the meeting minutes. Example: General Assembly Meeting 7.2.24

Looking for the video of a recent PUBLIC meeting? Email your request for Minutes and/or the video record of a particular public meeting to info@ttna.odoo.com. You must include picture ID, the name, and date of the public meeting.
Please note: Video records are kept of the last 60 days of meetings. After 60 days since the initial recording, only the meeting Minutes are the permanent record stored.
