Pillar Secretary

The Pillar Secretary’s position is vital to the Pillar’s function. Highly organized and self motivated people are encouraged to fill this role. A Pillar Secretary’s job includes:

  1. Keep a running list of the name of officers for all committees under that Pillar including chair, co-chair, and secretaries
  2. Make sure the video meetings/Meeting Minutes are created and sent to Records for archive
  3. Summarize meetings so officers know where we left off, what the action items are, and who is responsible for them
  4. Prepare the agenda for upcoming meetings in partnership with the Chair and Co-Chair
  5. Email meeting links to the group to make sure members of the pillar are alerted to the meeting time and date and have access
